Peptides are a sequence of amino acids (proteins) that help the body improve its function, fight certain diseases, improve health, increase longevity, and reduce inflammatory effects, which helps improve your body's own healing abilities. These special proteins are called secretagogues (protein sequences that promote the secretion of growth hormone-hGH and reduce inflammation).
Nutrient peptides are some of the most effective forms of nutritional therapy that is available today. Most people do not consume adequate nutrients naturally through their regular diet; they are often too busy or do not have the time to eat healthy meals.
Therefore, most of us are typically lacking the vital nutrients to maximize our good health.
Research evidence confirms that vitamin and nutrient deficiencies are associated with a variety of chronic and inflammatory conditions which are detrimental to your health. These can result in inflammatory processes, depressed immune system, worsening of neurodegenerative processes such as Alzheimer's, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and even cancers. This can accelerate the body's normal functional decline resulting in decreased health increased physical and emotional stresses.
I feel that one of the most important benefits of peptides is their effect on local and systemic anti-inflammatory effects. (Inflammation is one of the key processes in aging, neurodegeneration, fatigue, etc.). How can it benefit me? It helps decrease body fat, increase lean muscle mass, increase strength, improve energy, improve sleep quality, improve mental and physical performance, enhance calcium retention, improve connective tissue and skin elasticity, speed up connective tissue repair, and speed up recovery, beneficial for anti-aging, etc.
CJC-1295: is a peptide that will increase your body's release of growth hormone and IGF-1 without an increased production of prolactin. This means there are none of the negative side effects associated with taking human growth hormone (hGH), testosterone, or other anabolic preparations that can result in erectile dysfunction, infertility, loss of libido, gynecomastia, and galactorrhea (milk production).
IPAMORELIN: is a 5 amino acid peptide, the synthetic version of your body's naturally produced hGH releasing hormone. This targets a specific hGH pulse; however, unlike other hGH stimulating proteins, hormones, or anabolics, this does NOT result in the release of cortisol, acetylcholine, prolactin, or aldosterone.
BPC-157: is a "stable gastric pentadecapeptide," primarily because it is stable in human gastric juice; it can cause an anabolic healing effect in both the upper and lower GI tract and has an antiulcer effect that promotes a therapeutic effect on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) with minimal side effects. BPC-157 also accelerates wound healing by its interaction and enhancement of the Nitric Oxide (NO) system, resulting in protection of endothelial tissue, reduction of inflammation, and an "angiogenic" (blood vessel building) wound-healing effect. This occurs even in severely impaired conditions such as advanced and poorly controlled irritable bowel disease. It stimulates the expression of genes responsible for cytokine and growth factor production improves extracellular matrix (collagen) formation, intestinal anastomosis healing, reversal of short bowel syndrome, and fistula healing, all of which can be extremely frustrating issues in people who have gut pain, constipation, diarrhea, and bowel inflammation.
GLUTATHIONE: known as 'GSH,' is an amino acid sequence that is naturally found in your body. It is produced by the nerves in your central nervous system and in your liver. This 3-amino acid sequence (L-cysteine, glycine, L-glutamate) is an 'antioxidant.' GSH is an antioxidant that helps fight free radicals. When free radicals outnumber the antioxidants, this can lead to "oxidative cellular injury" (injury to the DNA and cell membrane, decreased cellular function, cellular injury). This cellular damage can lead to a variety of health issues (high blood pressure, Alzheimer's, systemic inflammatory conditions, arthritis, chronic fatigue, hormone dysfunction, colitis, etc.). GSH works by helping break down nutrients from your gut, boosting your immune system, helping repair DNA, helping in the production of proteins and prostaglandins, protecting against oxidative (inflammatory) cellular injury, metabolism of toxins, and cancer-causing substances.
THYMOSIN β4: is a 43 amino acid peptide that is regarded as the main intracellular G-actin sequestering peptide. Extracellular thymosin β4 may contribute to physiological processes such as angiogenesis, wound healing, and reduction of inflammation. It has been tested in multicenter trials in patients with bedsores, stasis ulcers, epidermolysis bullosa simplex, and chronic neurotrophic corneal epithelial defects. It was found to promote and enhance repair.
This is a question that can only be answered individually. No matter how good the quality of the nutrient peptide, if it cannot get to the right place to be broken down or metabolized, it will end up being a "rented" peptide without providing the maximum benefit to your body. With injectable peptides, typically, the absorption is 100% as opposed to the oral peptides, which have a variable absorption rate. This can affect the body's utilization of these beneficial peptides. The benefit of an IV infusion is that it provides a much more immediate systemic response. Some people do NOT like giving or getting injections or IVs, and the oral options provide a very good beneficial alternative to injections and IV infusions.
**Note: Injection or IV therapy may be recommended starting out but are NOT absolutely necessary**
